This course is ideal for those who wish to become registered food safety auditors or who wish to thoroughly understand the external audit process to improve their company’s certification performance. It is also recommended for staff undertaking supplier audits.
It is recommended that participants should have at least four years’ experience in food manufacturing or equivalent, at least two years’ experience in quality assurance/ quality control function in the food industry. It is assumed that participants have sufficient skills and knowledge in HACCP. Alternatively participants should complete the course Principles and Applications of HACCP before enrolling in this course.
Please note that completion of this course does not guarantee that you will qualify to be registered as a food safety auditor.
